Hi, I have read about that tensor cores can significantly improve training performance. So as I have a RTX 2060, I really want to utilize this advantage. I found that Nvidia released a pytorch extension for Volta GPU but I didn't find any relevant information to Turing ones. Does anyone know or have experience of this topic?

Hello @zhz093,

check this note by Google (released on Feb 17, 2019)

TLDR #1: despite half its VRAM, and half its retail price, the RTX 2060 can blast pastthe 1080Ti in Computer Vision, once its Tensor Cores are activated with 'FP16' code in PyTorch + Fastai. ... About a month ago (Jan 7, 2019), Nvidia released the cheapest GPU of the Turing line-up: the RTX 2060.
