As an AI Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building and delivering scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade learning experiences. We’re looking for a self-starter, who not only writes great code, but also brings together ideas and design sensibility, and can translate them into new features and intuitive user interfaces. You should have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and enterprise product needs, including performance, compliance, and interoperability. You’ll be highly GenAI-enabled, leveraging AI-powered coding and design tools to accelerate development and deliver innovation at scale. In this role, you will help us rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship features that meet the demands of organizations and drive measurable business impact.

You’ll be involved in the early stages of product development, working closely with the Product team to help identify, scope, and develop new features to improve the user experience and deepen the value of our products. 


<li>Implement LMS integrations to extend platform interoperability.</li><li>Build data reporting and dashboards to track learner and program performance.</li><li>Develop user management and admin features for organizations and learners.</li><li>Ensure privacy, accessibility, and information security compliance across all features.</li><li>Design B2B platform features, such as co-branded landing pages, organizational leaderboards and social features, localization, custom programs, and curated catalogs.</li><li>Maintain and evolve the marketing website to support growth and awareness.</li><li>Act as a dedicated resource for timely bug fixes and platform reliability.</li><li>Build self-serve signup and onboarding flows for smaller teams and organizations.</li>

We are looking for a talented Product Designer who’s excited to shape the future of how people learn AI - from first interaction to lasting impact. You’ll own the entire design process: discovering user needs, crafting thoughtful solutions, designing beautiful and intuitive interfaces, and prototyping innovative experiences. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, content, and marketing to design end-to-end solutions that not only delight learners but also drive measurable outcomes for our business and mission.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area.


<li>Own the full design lifecycle — from discovery and research to ideation, prototyping, visual design, delivery, and iteration.</li><li>Partner with product, engineering, and curriculum teams to translate user insights and strategic goals into impactful learning experiences.</li><li>Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities, and turn those insights into actionable design solutions.</li><li>Design elegant, responsive, and accessible user interfaces in Figma, ensuring every interaction contributes to a seamless learning journey.</li><li>Work with, add to,&nbsp; and maintain a scalable Design System — including components, documentation, and interaction patterns — to ensure consistency and speed across platforms.</li><li>Rapidly prototype new ideas using tools like Figma Make and v0, leveraging AI to accelerate exploration and validation.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers to ensure design intent is implemented effectively — and, where possible, contribute to front-end prototypes using AI-assisted coding workflows.</li><li>Continuously measure and refine design decisions based on product data, user feedback, and key success metrics.</li>

<li>A passion for designing products that empower learners and solve real user problems.</li><li>4+ years of experience designing digital products end-to-end, with a portfolio showcasing shipped work across web and mobile platforms.</li><li>Strong skills in user research, usability testing, and turning insights into product decisions.</li><li>Proven experience designing high-quality interfaces and managing design systems from the ground up.</li><li>Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools, including AI-powered solutions like Figma Make or v0. Experience and familiarity with coding is a huge plus!</li><li>Experience collaborating closely with engineers and PMs throughout the product development lifecycle.</li><li>Curiosity about technical implementation and comfort discussing design decisions with technical depth.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders.</li>

<li>Experience building 0→1 products or working in early-stage environments.</li><li>Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.</li><li>Understanding of front-end fundamentals (e.g., HTML, CSS, Tailwind) and the ability to prototype or code with AI tools.</li><li>Experience in EdTech, AI products, or designing for developer-focused platforms.</li>
